By accessing or using OpsPilot (the "Service") at https://opspilot-6s2y3vq3.manus.space, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.
OpsPilot is an AI-powered operations assistant designed for solo agency owners and solopreneurs. The Service provides tools for client management, task tracking, AI-generated morning briefings, and AI-assisted email drafting. Features vary by subscription plan.
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with access to core features. No credit card is required for the trial. At the end of the trial, you must upgrade to a paid plan to continue using the Service.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in these Terms. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until the end of the paid period.
If a payment fails, your account will be downgraded to the free tier. We will attempt to notify you by email. You can restore access by updating your payment method and resubscribing.

The Service, including its software, design, features, and branding, is owned by OpsPilot and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service ("User Data"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use your User Data solely to provide and improve the Service. We do not use your User Data to train AI models.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our , which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OPSPILOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OpsPilot and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
