4. AI Features and Your Data

OpsPilot uses artificial intelligence to generate Morning Briefings and email drafts. When you use these features, your business data (client names, task descriptions, notes) is sent to our AI provider to generate responses. We do not use your data to train AI models. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only — you are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before acting on it or sending it to third parties.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

  • Service providers: Third-party vendors who assist in operating our Service (e.g., Supabase for authentication, Stripe for payments, cloud hosting providers).
  • AI providers: To generate AI-powered features as described in Section 4.
  • Legal requirements: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
  • Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with appropriate confidentiality protections.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial records).
